Media Creation Tool, and check if it helps.

However if you choose to do this, please be aware of these important points:

• You must start setup while running in Windows to be eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 10.
• Performing a clean install with media prior to upgrading to Windows 10 is not supported and may have activation issues.
• You must choose a Windows edition and architecture that match Windows on the PC you are upgrading. You can find this information in System Properties.
  
• You must choose the language that matches Windows on the PC you are upgrading. This should be the original language for your Windows installation.

Windows 10 error message 0x80070005-0x90002

I am trying to load Window 10 and continually get "something is wrong error 0x80070005-0x90002" from a USB with MediaCreationToolx64.exe. Running windows 8.1 and have tried many fixes as suggested on Windows forums, however with no joy so far. It's apparent
it is not going to load. What is the fix please ?

Dear Microsoft Tech Support Team,

I have purchased and installed MS tools 2016 successfully.

But when I was trying to install Windows 10, it failed with the error code 0x8009000F-0x90002

I have tried to install again for at least six times, but I keep getting the same error.

Kindly advise step-by-step what to do.

For your information, the current Windows that I am using is 8.2
