    It says: Troubleshooting has completed

    We found a Windows 10 Home digital license for this device running Windows 10 Pro. To activate using this digital license, you need to install Windows 10 Home.

    The original error says: They can't activate windows because I am not connected to the internet. And, they or it, is looking for my organization's activation server. The error code is:

    0xC004F074


    However, I get nowhere except back here every time I try. I end up chatting with the virtual gal and she says she is going to get someone to help. Then, the same message; we are working on a solution. Someone will get back to you soon. I know they are busy...but, this has been going on forever. My other computer runs slower than a snail and turtle together. That's been going on since the November update. I need my computer. I have tried to not have to bother anyone with this, but I just have to ask for help now.


    I have been getting hacked worse than ever recently too. I wonder if I am just a sitting duck with windows not activated but me still being able to get on line, even though it is a pain.

    Windows 10 may have encountered a software corruption that caused this issue. For us to better assist you, kindly answer the following questions:

    • What changes have you made on your computer that caused you to perform a system restore?
    • What error message are you getting whenever you try to install Digital Image Pro?
    • Did you purchase Digital Image Pro from the Windows Store?

    Meanwhile, we suggest that you access safe mode on Windows 10 by following the steps on this

    link     and follow the section that says From Settings. Once on safe mode, try to install Digital Image Pro and see if you'll encounter any issues.
