Windows 10: Can’t Run Any Boot Repair Tools Because of Incorrect Password.

I used a pin normally to log into windows but I can’t boot properly because of a wrong driver update. Tried using my actual win account pass, doesn’t work. Changed that password online using my phone, still doesn’t work. Started safe mode with internet, no good. Can’t rollback the divers or go to a previous setting before the update because I have no idea what the password is. I’ve entered in everything I could think of. Been at it for hours, please help!

Password incorrect

How do I get out of safe mode so I can reset my settings?

1. Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
2. Type msconfig and press Enter.
3. In the window, click on Boot tab.
4. uncheck Safe boot, click on Apply and Ok. Restart

Not sure why it started in Safe mode. May have been out of sync with your phone from prev incorrect password. See if restart fixes. At least, you know what your universal MS password is. *Wink
