Windows 10: Changing the Windows 10 Action Center notification sound for My Phone notifications

I barely could find any information about this so I wanted to have some more confirmation about it, but what i want to do is change the sound of the notifications i recieve from my coupled phone so they stand out from the normal windows notifications.


Is this possible?

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.

Changing the Windows 10 Action Center notification sound.

I've tried going to the sound settings and going to program events and changing notification sounds there but it doesn't change the sound. I tried changing notification, system notification, and exclamation to no avail. The action center settings don't
show an option change the sound the notification is either. How do you change the action center sound? I checked which sound it makes and it's call windows Background.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
