Windows 10: Bluetooth not working WIndows 10 ver. 1909 build 18363.752

I recently updated from Windows 10 ver. 1903 to 1909 and after it finished I realized that my bluetooth wacom tablet was no longer connecting. I tried uninstalling and updating the drivers both automatically and manually many times, but none of them worked. I am using a Gigabyte X299 Gaming 7 motherboard with a Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth adapter.

The Windows 1909 SAC final release #18363 build-418 issue

Hi ,

We use latest windows image to perform integrate our code with the OS .

We have been using Windows 1909 SAC release builds.

Microsoft released Windows 1909 SAC final release #18363 build 418 , seeing issue in the image.

The running dism.exe found in sources folder of image, shows windows version as 10.0.18362.1

The "ver" command in CMD, shows windows version as 10.0.18362.418

The "msinfo32" command after OS install using ISO file, shows version as 10.0.18363

Only this particular build is behaving like this.

is it a bug??

Received notice, on my computer, that I needed to take the free update to windows 10 before my current version expired.

I updated, the whole OS on 02/23/2020. Specs:= 1909, 18363.657, Build 18363. I now CANNOT change my default browser identification. Microsoft Edge is set as default, surprise, and I can't seem to change it to anything else, e.g. Firefox

Suggestions???
