Windows 10: Minecraft Windows edition crash

I can play Minecraft normally when not signed into my account but as soon as i log into my Microsoft account my game lags then crashes I've done everything to turning game mode off from Xbox game bar to uninstalling and re-installing my game i cant seem to fix it i can only play minecraft without being logged in which means i can no longer play with friends, i need help fixing this issue :

Hi Nic,

Minecraft may crash on your PC due to a network connection error or some of the game installation files are corrupted. To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

• Did the issue start after an update?
• Have you made any changes to your PC prior to the issue?
• Is the game working fine when you are playing it offline?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
• Are you still able to able to play other games online?

In the meantime, we recommend that you update the graphics card drivers on your PC by following the steps below:

• Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
  
• Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select
  Update Driver. For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right-click your graphics card and select
  Update Driver.
• Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
