    No connections are available

For about 6 days I've been unable to access the internet. I've restarted my laptop at least twice a day ever since it happened, in case it would fix itself eventually. I've tried updating the network drivers several times, but all of them have failed. I downloaded drivers from Intel's website too, but as expected, it failed too see picture below. I've tried moving the Check Point Mobile onto a USB to see if it made any impact and I've even ended all Check Point Mobile tasks in the task manager, but the network was still unavailable. I have network adapters from Ethernet to USB C or USB A, but they are not even detected. Yes, I have administrative access on this laptop, and I have a PC where I can access the internet.

I can't seem to solve it myself, which I've always done before, therefore I'm reaching out here for help. If anyone has a solution that doesn't require me to fully reset my laptop, I would be grateful.

For any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
    Thank you in advance.
    /Jakob

    Cellular/SIM connection not available/disappearing

    Hi,

A faulty cellular adapter is one of the possible reasons why the cellular connection is disappearing from the laptop. A disabled adapter in the Network Connections Settings can also be the cause of this issue. We suggest you to enable the cellular connection
in the Network Connections settings. You can follow the steps below:

    • Press the Windows key.
    • Type View Network Connections.
    • Press the Enter key.
    • Right-click on the cellular adapter and click Enable.

Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to get back to us.

Not connected - no connections are available

    Hi,

Being unable to connect automatically to the Internet may occur due to outdated or incompatible network adapter driver. We suggest that you forget the network and re-connect to it afterwards. You may also refer to the steps listed in the article below:
