    Disk at 100% not doing anything


    Sometimes it runs so slow that I can’t do anything. the task maneger disk is at 100% all the time, without doing anything. CPU and gpu and memory running normal. Tried all the “10 thing to make it run faster” didn’t work. One thing tho, when I use the cclener tool it sometimes runs completely fine, as if nothing was wrong. But this only last sometime, or til I restart it. Disk at 100% not doing anything [​IMG]

    Clean install, disk usage at 100%

    I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

    Hi Rey Cam. Thanks. Yes I tried her steps. I did do her steps but realized that neither was the case. It stopped doing the 100% thing after a few other changes I made to superfetch in other areas but now it is back so I'm going through it all again.
    I will try Gerry C Cornell's list now. It is pretty tedious because everything moves so slow when your disk is at 100%... this will take hours.
