Windows 10: Lagging loads and getting high latency in every game, but fast internet

anyone know why i am lagging so much, and getting slow response times (ping) with fast internet?

I have tried rebooting my router, updating firmware, using qos which didn't help at all. The only times I can play is at 20:00 GMT.

High latency after Windows 10 upgrade

Since i've upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (clean install) i've been having issues with latency while gaming. My ping doesn't go above 50ms but i'm constantly lagging in-game, FPS is fine, it's just the lag that's so annoying and makes the game unplayable.

I've tried everything, searched solutions on internet for hours and nothing of that really helped to make my latency normal.

List of things I did to lower latency:

- updated BIOS

- disabled CPU throttling in Power Management and BIOS (after this my latency dropped from 4000 to 500 - it goes from 20 up to 500, it's not constantly 500)

- checked all of my drivers including the audio Realtek driver and D-link WLAN USB that i'm using - they're all up to date

- disabling firewall and Anti-Virus (I even tried different firewall and Anti-Virus softwares like Comodo and AVG)

I really do like the Windows 10 but this problem is so frustrating and i'm even thinking about going back to Windows 7, PLEASE HELP!

High Latency (lag) caused by user PC (your end) is mainly permanent. There are tons and tons of reasons that could be responsible to cause the high latency (lag). Some of them are
viruses, spyware, Trojans and root-kits, manipulated registry and internet connection settings, suspicious or unnecessary system process, hard disk full with junk files and other reasons that will let your PC and internet connection perform slower.
Sometimes it's just because your internet connection isn't that fast or your hardware is near the system requirements of a game. The list could be very long. Here are some free programs I suggest and run on your machine, first download and run Adwcleaner,
see what that comes up with, then I would download and run the free version of Malwarebytes, if its viruses these 2 programs ought to cure the problem, let me know.
