Windows 10: Installing Windows 10 problem

Hi, I've been through this quite a few times and so far no one could really help me so far. I tried to install windows 10 on my Dell Inspiron N5110 Laptop. Please understand that windows 10 always worked before on this system. When support for windows 7 ended I upgraded to the newest version of windows 10 which did work for a while but as soon as I connected to the internet it crashed and entered a sort of loop where sometimes I'd make it to the login screen or to the desktop just to have it sleep on me. I have asked for help before by the advisers but everything I tried failed.

Right now I thought to give it one more shot if anyone could or can help with this problem. Please keep in mind that I have tried all of the suggested solutions like reinstalling, clean install, deactivating sleep mode, and some other funny stuff i had to type out according to Microsoft advisers.

I had pictures of the event log at the time, no one seemed to take an interest in that. I was able to get this in safe mode at that time. I showed it to an IT friend and according to him there were some files missing and that was causing the problem.

I'd like to point out that I currently can't install windows 10 at all as it always fails. If there is a solution I am open to it. I have also tried a clean install to no avail. If there is none I'll just chop it up to the system being too old.


I'm into tech and understand these things can happen. I just want to give it one more try. I have about 7 pictures but here are two.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

keep in mind, as of recently, the FCU is installed on 5% of devices roughly.....
