Discus and support my march of empires account in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; my account showing new update,but when I clicked redirect it happens nothing ,also Microsoft store didn't showing any update what do I do? please...     March of empires: war lords

    I have a new computer and can log into my March of Empire account. Is there a way for me to get my player/ castle back at the point I was at.

    March of Empires - War of Lords update

    I have been playing March of Empires - War of Lords by Gameloft a for a while now on 2 accounts on 2 different computers.

    Occasionally they require you to update the game through the Microsoft Store. I updated both accounts yesterday and Microsoft Store says that both were updated successful.

    The problem is that March of Empires says that one account didn't update and that the other did. When I try to log into the unsuccessful account they refuse and redirect me to the Microsoft Store who tell me there are no updates.

    The successful account says that it was modified yesterday 17th December 2019 and the failed one says that it was last modified on the 4th December 2019. I have tried repeatedly to get it to the update but it won't.

    What do I do?
