Windows 10: Unable to click on certain pgrogram's top bar after starting word

Hi,


Sometimes after I start word, I am unable to click on the top side of certain programs, and the rendering of those window also incorrect see the attached screenshots The only solution is to restart the computer, but after Word is launched, the glitch returns.


I experienced this behavior with these apps so far:

• Opera going to fullscreen and back by pressing F11 twice solves temporary
• Chrome going to fullscreen and back by pressing F11 twice solves temporary
• Firefox going to fullscreen and back by pressing F11 twice solves temporary
• SourceTree
• Visual Studio Code going to fullscreen and back by pressing F11 twice solves temporary

I am using three desktops with three screens. Issue present only on the primary screen, but on all three desktops.

Unable to Pin Certain Programs to Start Menu

Thanks for your replies guys. I am now able to file the FileTypesMan when I do a search in the Start Menu, however, the app is not displayed in the Start Menu alphabetical list. Why is that?

 

Narrator Opens On Top Of Tool Bar in 10240


When I start Windows 10, the Narrator Box opens on top of the windows icon and the "Search Window" words at the bottom left side of the screen. If I open the Narrator Box and then put it back down, it always goes to it's proper position "within" the tool bar and from then on all is well.


Is there a way to not need to do this step at startup? I would think the Narrator icon should simply open within the tool bar, to the right of the "Search Window" space. You can see it is in both locations at startup!

Attached picture shows exactly how it looks at startup. Incidentally, this only happens when your have "Auto Hide" tool bar checked in the Tool Bar Properties Box. If tool bar is not hidden, this white Narrator box never shows up.
