Windows 10: Windows 10 Settings pages don't load

I received a notification saying something about an update and not all features were able to load. When I clicked on the notification the settings screen opened but there was no error message. I went to Windows Update to see if there were any pending updates but the screen wouldn't load. Following the directions on a similar question on Windows Update not loading I attempted to create an admin account but I can't. It turns out none of the pages are loading. Now I'm not getting the notification on whatever feature it was that failed to upload and I'm also unable to use the settings section of my computer. Please advise.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?
