  1. View product key/Install link not working

I purchased Minecraft Java edition and upgraded to Windows 10 version on my old PC. I recently got a new PC. I installed the java version and was using that up until my son got a Nintendo Switch. I would like to install the windows 10 version for cross platform compatibility to this PC. I followed the steps to retrieve the product key using purchase history, but I am unable to view the product key. I Have tried multiple browsers, on my phone, but nothing is working. Every time it's clicked it says "Sorry, there's a problem getting this info. Refresh the page, and we'll try again." But no matter how many times I refresh the page, the product key never shows up

    :)

    Hi Jojo

This should be no problem, a Windows 10 installation will have an option to skip entering a Product key, it is usually a link at the bottom left of that window

Start the installation, then, during the installation process skip the steps which ask for a product key and select the option 'I am Reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC',

Then once the installation reaches the end, you will be in the OOBE (Out of Box Experience, make sure to use the exact same Microsoft Account to create the user profile and WIndows will self activate from your account . . .

Hello thank you for responding. Yes I did purchase the key from Microsoft it's in my order history. The product key is for a fresh PC. I cannot install windows without the product key. And I cannot log into the PC because I do not have windows, or any
other operating system installed into it.
