Windows 10: Using webcam others can be seen, I can be heard, but not seen. Also error message Device...

In Device Manager, right click camera, right click HP, General tab show device is working properly, but under events information is "Device USB\VID_05C8&PID_0361&MI_00\7&1f9992c5&0&0000 requires further installation." How do I fix and is this the reason for my issue of not being seen?

My laptop can't find my built in Webcam, nowhere to be seen devices

There are several factor why you cannot access the built in Webcam on your Windows 10 PC, namely, an update recently installed on your PC, an outdated device driver, or system settings configuration you made prior to the issue. To help you resolve the this,
kindly answer these questions:

• When did the issue start to happen?
• Were you able to access the Webcam before?
• Were there any significant changes made prior to the issue, like an update or program recently installed?
• What is the Windows version that you are using?

We recommend that you run the Hardware Troubleshooter. You may follow the steps below.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar
  and press Enter key.
• In the Troubleshooting window, click on View all option on the left pane.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Imaging Devices missing in Device Manager and Webcam doesn't working

Hi,

Since you mentioned that the said driver is missing in Device Manager, what we suggest is for you to check in the Hidden Devices section on Device Manager. Kindly follow the steps below:

• On the desktop, press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager.
• Click on View and select
  Show Hidden Devices.
• Check for the webcam under Imaging Devices.
• If the webcam is listed, then right-click on it and select
  Update Driver Software
• Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software and follow the prompted steps.

Passport not seen

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue.

  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and sound under Troubleshoot computer problems.
  
• 
  Click on Hardware and devices under Devices.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware and devices dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).

  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

Method 2.

This issue usually occur due to the driver is out dated. I would suggest you to update the Disk driver from Device Manager manually and check if this helps. Follow the below steps:
