Windows 10: Continual blue screen, multiple errors, restore fail

Hi, so my windows 10 pc blue screen yesterday and continued to blue screen on restarts with the stop codes;


System thread exception not handled

Memory management

System service exception

0x000021a


I managed to get it into WinRE via the restart 3 times method and got it to start windows in safe mode.

Logged in... blue screen.


I've tried system reset, it blue screened while resetting

I then tried system restore - failed error 0x810000204

So I entered cmd via WinRe to check desk/f /r following a post on here, it read out 'windows cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected.'


Also tried services.msc = is not recognised


So I've no idea on this stuff just typing in the errors and trying out the advice but windows doesn't load enough for me to log in to do any other diagnostics and with covid19 lockdown I'm assuming I cant just take it to an expert! Advice appreciated so I can resolve asap and get working again. TIA

• could you please mention the exact error message that you are getting?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
