Windows 10: Laptop running Windows 10 will not start up

Hello, my laptop running Windows 10 will not start up. It just loops from the start screen which shows the Lenovo logo, then very briefly shows a message related to a software update, then powers off and then immediately powers back on. It then continues this process over and over until I shut it down. This has been going on for hours. I tried to start in safe mode by hitting F11 but it did not interrupt the cycle of rebooting. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Laptop running Windows 10 keeps freezing

Since you already tried several troubleshooting steps, such us running a hardware diagnostic test on all hardware components, checked the system files, updated all drivers, and as well the BIOS, then this is perhaps an issue with the laptop itself. Now,

Process running but not starting in Windows 10

This issue may be due to application conflicts.

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps to resolve the explorer issue.

  Press Alt+ctr+Del from Desktop.
  
• 
  Select Task Manager.
  
• 
  Under process tab, locate the apps that are running.
  
• 
  Right Click on the application and select End Task.
  
• 
  Please try accessing the application again and check if you are able to run the application.
  

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run
the program in Compatibility mode, please follow the below steps:

• Right click on the Program
• Click on Properties
• Click on Compatibility tab
• Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
