Windows 10: CPU get high by ntoskrnl.exe and svchost.exe

Discus and support CPU get high by ntoskrnl.exe and svchost.exe in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; my computer was behaving normal , but suddenly a problem is happening ,, when i start my PC it start using my CPU at 49-60% it also consume so power...     CPU get high by ntoskrnl.exe and svchost.exe


    my computer was behaving normal , but suddenly a problem is happening ,, when i start my PC it start using my CPU at 49-60% it also consume so power that it get heat up , and cooling fans begin to screaming like i am emulating a heavy gaming console

    but if i press the sleep button and start it up then every things fix automatically

    please tall me how can i fix this problem ????
