Windows 10: Monitor

So my monitor shuts off randomly when i'm doing something and it wont come back on. I just got a new monitor and the same problem happens...


I have 3 Variables in this situation:

1. The Monitor is the problem
2. The PC is the problem
3. Both are the problem

Well when I got the new monitor, I set it up and I messed around for about 2 minutes and then...

BLACKOUT -- No Signal -- Entering Power save Mode Shortly

The same thing happened with the old monitor at the same time so I concluded that it wasn't the monitor.

1. Monitor

As we have went over, the monitor isn't the problem so it cant be both.

3. Both

Other things said look for a blown capacitor or check your hibernation settings blah blah blah.


Please help if you could and also, respond like a real human being not like a robot please!

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

i have a problem to connect 2 monitors.

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?
