Windows 10: After restarting Window 10, my laptop is stuck on welcome cortana loop

Hi,


I was having some troubles accessing wifi on my laptop and even after updating the drivers, i was still having the same issue. I decided to reset my laptop and it was a success and it brought the welcome screen using cortana and asked me to follow few steps such as select language, select keyboard and country. After finishing these steps it got stuck in the same loop and reverted back the same setup to select language, keyboard and country.

Is there a way I can end this and get to the windows ??

As per the information that you have provided, I suggest that you perform Power Drain as you are stuck in a loop and this might help you access the desktop screen. To learn how to perform this follow the steps below

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power
  cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system
