Windows 10: Why the wordings of "public holiday" and "HKSAR" shown on the lock screen is Simplified...

The above lock screen indicates that Simplified Chinese was used instead of Traditional Chinese for the wordings of Public Holiday and HKSAR. All of my setting and everything else are either Traditional Chinese HK or English, but only this was shown as Sim. Chi.


Why was that and how to change it back to Traditional Chinese?

Public Holiday notification on Windows 8 Phone

Today (October 5th 2014) in Victoria, Australia I am getting a public holiday notification for today but there is no public holiday here. How can this be corrected?

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.

Step 3: Update the Display Adapter drivers.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right click on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update Driver Software.
• Restart the computer.

Lock screen background picture can't not be shown after KB4487044！

When I turn on “Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen” option,background
picture can not be shown on lock screen and
sign-in screen.

When I turn off “Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen” option,problem
solved.but it's only show on lock screen.

may be relate to this in KB4487044
