Windows 10: Cannot connect to internet after fresh install

I recently replaced the hard drive in my Dell XPS 13 9350. I then installed Windows from a USB stick. During the installation process, when prompted to connect to the internet, there was no option available to connect to WiFi. The only button on the screen was "continue without internet," which I pressed and then completed the installation. Windows appears to be running fine on the computer now.


However, I cannot connect to the internet. If I troubleshoot the network adapter, I get "Windows did not detect a properly installed network adapter. If you have a network adapter, you will need to re-install the driver." I have tried reinstalling the drivers manually from a USB stick, but that has not changed the result. When I try to update the driver on any of the WAN Miniports in the picture below, I get "The best drivers for your device are already installed."


I can connect to the internet perfectly when I boot off a Ubuntu USB drive, so I do not think it is a hardware issue. How can I solve this issue?

Try the following steps:

  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View All”

  Select "Internet Explorer connection"
  
•

HTC 7 Mozart mobile not connecting to internet

If you cannot connect to Wi-Fi or use the Mobile Data on your HTC 7 Mozart device, we suggest that you follow the steps given on
Lumia troubleshooting and repair. After each step, check to see if your issue has been fixed.

• For issues connecting to Wi-Fi networks, select Connectivity > My phone has problems connecting to Wi-Fi networks, then follow the suggested steps provided.

• And for issues connecting to the internet using a mobile data connection, select
