Windows 10: Not able to activate windows 10

Hello, i bought my HP laptop in August,2019 and it came with windows 10 installed in it. After some months, it got some screen flickering issues so i got it repaired it from local store by reinstalling windows 10. Because HP said it was an Operating System crash, so they won,t reinstall windows that's why i had to get it repaired from the local store. So, after reinstalling windows, my laptop was working fine but after some days, i got the same screen flickering issues so i again got it repaired from the retailer this time. Now, when i started my laptop, i was not able to activate windows 10. I don't have a product key and i don't know where digital license gets stored but it's surely not in my microsoft account. Microsoft toll free number which i got from the chat support is invalid.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
