Windows 10: "Windows cannot find C:users\AppData\Roaming ..Make sure you type the name correctly"

This message start showing when i turn on the laptob after using Avast(antiVirus) and antiMalware too, how can i fix it?

This tab saying

keeps popping up randomly in my laptop... and when it does,the cmd just pops up along with it entitled

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe"

This always pops out with the command promt when I am using my windows 10 laptop. Previously I installed kaspersky and it detected a virus which probably is a trojan. After disinfecting the virus and deleting some infected files, cmd always pops out with
this text.
