Windows 10: File names are literally not displayed

    File names are literally not displayed


    This happened after restarting computer, and has persisted through restarts. Whenever file explorer is opened, all of the file names in the center are gone. The file names on the sidebar are present, but disappear when hovered over and are missing some of the ends of the filenames. In addition, the clock is also screwed up, only the first two digits are present. In addition, the file names in the desktop are blurred. When I open something with notepad, nothing shows up as well.

    USB doesn't display MP4 file!

    I have a 300kb mix of .png, .jpg, .pdf files on a 4Gb USB drive. I added a 2Gb MP4 movie but it doesn't display in the drive files. I used CCleaner to check the drive F files .. it only shows up as 2Gb of OTHER FILES, but not in the listed files.

    Any (constructive) suggestions welcome. I can't remove it as it doesn't show in the file list.
