Windows 10: Help my settings app not launching on my windows 10.

Please i need help with my laptop, I can't seem to open the settings app, I've tried everything I can find on the internet to solve the issue to no avail, I even did sfc /scannow , but still nothing.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to re-register all Windows Store Apps by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:

"$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

• press ‘Windows key + X’
• Select the option ‘Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}



Also, run the troubleshooter.

Windows 10 Apps are unable to launch

I tried the steps given and restarted my computer. Now I guess its even worse. There is no response at all after I clicked on all those apps, except for the apps that have just reinstalled which I had uninstalled it long ago. Please reply asap.
