Windows 10: Windows Update KB4537762 - Error 0x800706be

I have tried several times since Dec 2019 using MS support and youtube support video to install Window update...... which update installation always stops at 25% and leave the message of "2020-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems KB4537762 - Error 0x800706be"


And my system is flagged with the message that " Your version of Windows has reached the end of service. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 to get the latest features and security improvements."


Please help... ..I tried fixed windows 10 updates, WIndows 10 update assistance, Windows trouble shooting, which was available on MS site.

I have Windows Server 2016 having this WUA error 0x800706BE

I am thinking that Resetting Microsoft Windows Update Components can fix this.

On step 11, it requires to reinstall Windows Update Agent, where can I download the Windows Update Agent for Windows Server 2016?
