  1. Numerous BSODs

    I've been getting numerous BSODs

Ranging from Kernel_Security_Check_Failure, Bad_System_Config_Info, KMode, etc. and sometimes showing an error code that is 0xc0000001, 0xc000021a telling me I'm missing some system files Winlogon.exe, etc.

It only happened recently these last two weeks, I've tried manually restoring registry such as ren/copy... DEFAULT, SAM, etc. but it doesn't work for me even with Safe mode or System Restore CMD, it only responds with "It is being used by another process."

No hopes for 'sfc /scannow' and 'chkdsk' either, still would BSOD or bootloop without even showing the windows logo, I'm very lucky right now because I system restored from 2 weeks ago and it booted up without a BSOD/bootloop, it then proceeded to ask me for a Security Update (1909) which after installing and restarting it started bootlooping (No BSOD at all) to system restore (Which did not help at all). So today I tried to system restore since I've only gotten bootloops and no BSODs. This is the second time I've system restored from May 13. I have no idea what is going on so I tried to system restore again and booted to desktop back again.

If I try to shut down this PC right now it will only bootloop without showing the windows logo and getting stuck in Startup Repair hell.

I checked my Minidump there were no files there so this is the only thing I can show.

  2. BSOD on numerous servers

We have recently begun to get BSOD errors on numerous servers thoughout our estate. Each BSOD results in the following error Operating System failure (Windows bug check, STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF800DD4B28AD, 0xFFFFD000D3BD1848,
    0xFFFFD000D3BD1060))

We have tried disabling SMBv1 & 2 and also disabling TCP offloading as these have been some of the suggestions we have found whilst trawling the internet looking for an explanation

BSOD issues two random times while playing BFV help asap

Looking at the dump file, I noted WinRing0x64.sys dating from 2013 in the list of drivers.
Back in 2013 this driver caused numerous BSOD's - so I suggest uninstalling ALL of the programs that are using it.
In this case it appears that EVGA Precision is using it - please uninstall that program and see if it helps.

    Numerous BSODs

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
