  1. Blue screen, automatic boot after use Zoom on Windows 10

I want to ask to microsoft technical assistants why my windows 10 had a crush after start Zoom to a meeting/reunion.

After i searched on microsoft forum i found a solution to make a copy of "minidump" on directory C:\Windows\ and post it here to technitians find a solution. information: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/bsod-finding-and-fixing-them/1939df35-283f-4830-a4dd-e95ee5d8669d

So as the PC has Windows 10 it is programmed to create a "memory.dmp" file.

So i post a Onedrive link with a folder it has the memory.dmp file and minidump folder:

    https://1drv.ms/u/s!Am7mzDMadngnp2NQGKq5QkVeIBGI?e=D4bhMb

On my minidump folder i don´t know why i have 2 files with 0 bytes. The fact is that:

14:18 22-05-2020 - the first time PC has booted after start zoom and gone to the blue screen/recovery mode i think. So here tried to go to windows 10 normally.

14:19 22/05/2020 - As i tried to enter normally on Windows 10 the pc boted again and became again to blue screen/recovery mode. So here shut down the pc.

14:30 22/05/2020 - Turned PC on and windows 10 started normal

So what happened with my computer?

This month i made a Windows 10 clean install because of very deep problems on my windows 10. And they started with some windows 10 update of April and at the same time used Google Meet. Always i started PC it was going to REPAIR SETUP blue screen. In this case i tried to go to system restore point and repair Windows start, enter on safe mode or doing a clean Windows 10 install. And the system was so crushed it didn´t allowed me to make it. Only after some check disk on command line and with Windows 10 DVD i could finnaly reinstall Windows 10.

I see here great problems with windows 10 and platforms as Zoom and Google Meet. I hope technics will over it. On April there were trends and more people reporting blue screens on Windows 10. And it is coincidence with April updates and COVID19. COVID19 make people stay home and make tele-working.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 random automatic repair after changing boot priority.

Hello. So i have an Windows 10 Pro. Sometimes when i am changing in bios boot order from USB to HDD ( SDD ) windows starts booting with AUTOMATIC REPAIR and then restarting. Is this something with BIOS \ Windows 10 bug related? Tested on pc and on laptop , and sometimes it doing the same.

    Situation on PC first,listen:

Few days ago after i change boot in UEFI BIOS from USB to SSD.
Then Windows 10 showed at 1 boot Automatic Repair.
When starting Windows 10 boot loader starts by "preparing automatic repair" and diagnosing pc.
Interesting is that if I restart Windows (after procedure mentioned earlier) it will boot normally. This startup problem was occured only when starting system again after shutdown or restarted pc from windows. So i was needed 2 boots to boot properly to windows.
But on pc, format was needed to remove completely issue and after format is fine.

    Pc :
    2x8gb Kingston Hyperx 1600mhz DDR3
    SSD samsung Evo 250 gb
    4790k stock
Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 with UEFI BIOS

Now laptop with old standard bios:
On laptop i made the same operation, change boot from USB to HDD and on first boot Windows 10 shows Automatic Repair. But it happened once and i cant reproduce. No format was needed.

laptop is very old with 2gb ram

Why on pc format was needed when on laptop not?

    Thanks for suggestions.

    Startup Blue Screen

    Hi Jon,

Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

We suggest that you check this
    article
about troubleshooting blue screen errors and follow the troubleshooting steps provided there.

We will wait for your response

    Blue screen and stop code

    Hi
    Jeferis,

There are a lot of factors for this matter to occur. To isolate the issue, we have some questions for you:

    • What activity have you done to
trigger the NTFS and FAT FILE SYS loop?

    • were there any error messages?

    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    It is possible that the
    Boot
Sequence were corrupted by the previous activity which
triggered the Blue Screen Error and the loop. We recommend that you perform these
    suggested troubleshooting
and see if there are any changes:

    Startup Repair.

    To access the
Startup Repair Screen, turn off the
    PC 3-4 times(force shutdown),
while on the Blue screen Error. This will route you to the
    Startup repair screen:

Advanced Boot Options > click Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt

    and run the following command:

    Run SFC Scan:

    SFC
    will
    scan
    and
    run
    an
    automatic repair
    to any
    corrupted system files
that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run an
    SFC scan, follow these steps:

    • Run
      Command Prompt as Administrator.

    • Type
      sfc /scannow
      and hit
      Enter.

    Boot Record:

This will fix the corruptions on
    boot records or boot
sequence. To run this command, follow these steps:

    • Run
      Command Prompt as Administrator.

    • Type the following command:

      • Bootrec /fixMBR

      • Bootrec /fixBoot

      • Bootrec /rebuildBCD

Update us on how it goes.

    Regards.
