  1. Unable to start a machine learning python project. Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition.

Hello, I am unable to start a machine learning project with python. If I select any of the options Classifier, clustering, or regression project, I get an error message:

User canceled out of save dialog Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004000C OLE_E_PROMPTSAVECANCELLED.

I have uninstalled VS-2019 and re-installed, and ran several updates through the visual studio installer.

    Specs: Win 10 Pro x64

  4. Unable to start a machine learning python project. Visual Studio 2019 Community Edition.

Need Help creating a C# project under visual studio community 2019

I am trying to give myself an intro to C#. I downloaded and installed the most recent
    Visual Studio Community 2019.

    I can't get Visual Studio Community 2019 to create a C# project

I am trying to follow along the "C# Hello World" tutorial located at
Hello, world! - The complete C# tutorial
    which states

Start Visual Studio Community, and select File -> New -> Project.
From the project dialog, select the Console App (.NET framework).

The "Next" button remains greyed and I am not able to proceed.

The Steps I took were as follows:

    (1) start Visual Studio 2019
    (2) click on "Create a new project"
    (3) under "All_Languages" select "C#"
    (4) under "All_Platforms" select "Windows"
    (5) under "All Project_Types" select "Console"

Why is the "Next" button greyed out ? What am I missing ?

    Thanks.
