Windows 10: Left handed cursors revert back to right handed when colored

When I download left handed cursors and move them into the cursors folder and set them as some of my mouse cursors select, link etc. they revert to the default right handed cursors when coloring them. Is there a way to color left handed cursors without them reverting to right handed cursors left handed cursors have the arrow leaning in the opposite direction. Thank you.

Left handed mouse when docked and right handed touchpad when undocked

Left-handed Mouse Pointers Revert to Windows Default on Next Bootup

My Y500 was upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. All was well for a year or two. Currently i'm on Windows 10 v.1803 (not sure of the "build" number). I use left-handed mouse pointers which i added to the Cursors folder some time ago. The large left-handed pointers are saved as the default Scheme. Recently, whenever i boot up the Y500, the mouse pointers revert to small right-handed pointers. In the Mouse Properties/Pointers dialog box it still says the Large Left-handed Scheme is selected, and it shows the large left-handed pointers in the Customize window below the Scheme name. BUT, the actual mouse pointers have reverted to small right-handed ones.

I select a different Scheme, click on Apply; then select the Large Left-handed Scheme again, and click on Apply/OK. The large left-handed pointers are all there until the next time i turn on the laptop, at which time they revert to small right-handed pointers.

How can i fix this annoying little problem, please?

Yes, the option Switch primary and secondary buttons change every time, and that's the problem it should not, it should keep the settings on the computer unless otherwise requested by the user to do so. I explain myself

I have 5 PC, I use two of them with the left-handed, and 3 with the right-handed. So when I switch from a right-handed to a right-handed that works, but not when I switch from a left to right or a right to left "handed", because then this switch the option
mouse settings that I want on this PC ( and was previously set) with the option that I have last used on another PC that was set on the opposite position.

To me, the user should have the option to disable this refreshing mouse setting (only for the Mouse) at boot up and keep the local settings that were set on this PC. Or something else.

Same apply I have a sixth PC, with a touchscreen monitor, I would like (when I boot the PC) use it with the right-handed mouse, but if I had to use a left-handed PC before, then it overrides the right-handed mouse settings with the left-handed mouse.
