    Error 0xc0000017 from safe mode cmd

    I want to enter the command prompt while booting in safe mode in order to delete a file but every time I try to I am getting Error 0xc0000017.

    I have tried to look up solutions and the only one I found was using the cmd bcdedit/enum {badmemory} to find bad memory and delete it. when I tried this solution It didnt produce a badmemory list and there was nothing to delete.

    The original reason for doing this was bc I have a file I cannot delete that I believe may be malware. I kept getting the error of it being open somewhere so i had tried to delete it from the cmd prompt in safe mode

    Any ideas?
