    Hi All,

    Greetings.

    Can I install and use Windows 10 Pro OEM in-office systems for commercial use, Model name:WIN PRO 10 64BIT ENGLISH 1PK DSP OEI DVD on DELL Optiplex 5060 / 5070 machines.
    Is there will be any legal issues to use it, as came to know from stores in India that Windows 7 has ended its sales and support, need to buy windows 10.

    Need to know that is it legal to use Windows 10 Pro OEM in commercial use?

    Hello All!
    Long sotry short, I got a OEM windows 10 64bit. But I do not see microsoft office anywhere, does windows need to update after legalizing it?
    Or does it not come with 10 OEM, please delete this if I in anyway am asking something I shouldn't!! I need to use the apply but simply can't find it or its not there?

    Windows 10 64 bit OEM, with no Office?

    Technically Office is not part of Windows, but many OEM systems with Windows come with Office preinstalled, they generally need to be activated.
    If you buy Windows separately, then you have to also buy Office if you want it.

    Dude, go to Newegg right now and read the questions and answers tab on Windows 10 OEM. The OEM copies that are listed there DO in fact, come on an optical disc. The flash drive ONLY comes on Retail copies.
