  1. How to disable loud beep when toggling Numpad with Mousekeys

I have Windows 10 and I turned on MouseKeys. I chose the option to have MouseKeys turned on when Numpad is off. However, whenever I press Numpad, the system plays a loud annoying beep. Does any of you know how to disable it?

And no it's not the "Make a sound when turning a setting on or off". This refers to turning on MouseKeys with Alt + Shift + Numpad, not toggling it. I also found this, but apparently this only works in Windows 7. I found an instruction how to change Default Beep sound in Control Panel > Sound > Sounds, but it has by default Windows Background sound and not the annoying loud beep, and changing it doesn't change the MouseKeys beep. Please help.

Someone with extensive registry knowledge (shift disabling numpad)

What recognizes the Shift key as a trigger to disable numpad? This is not a normal Windows setting.

    Additional very loud dialup beep

When making a call, some of the times the regular beep/buzz on the other end is accompanied by a very loud extra beep. I have no idea why this other beep turns up, but it's very annoying since I have to pull the phone away from my ear or take the headphones
off until the person I'm calling answers. In some cases, the extra beep has caused the phone to go into loudspeaker mode, thus beeping *extremely* loud.

This happens irregularly, but very often. I'm using a HTC Radar with a Halebop subscription in Sweden.
