Windows 10: All browsers log me off of websites

This started recently. When I close a browser, Chrome, Firefox, Explorer and I go back into the browser and go to a website like YouTube or Yahoo, I have to log back on. This never happened before and I don't recall making a change to my system.


Most "help" that I find is browser oriented and gives me instructions for a particular browser, which I follow and don't make any difference. I would guess it's a computer or an ISP issue. I did recently move and have a new ISP that might be doing it.


If I keep the browser open, but close the site, I remain logged in. If I close the browser and open up a page I was just logged into, I am logged out again.


Previously, on my computer, I'd remain logged into YouTube or Yahoo mail, unless I changed something.
