Discus and support B/W on Social Media in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; Hi, The videos on FB and Twitter and other websites are in B/W.     The videos on FB and Twitter and other websites are in B/W. However, they play in color on YouTube....


    My computer is updated. Not sure what to do. Any suggestions?


    My computer is now about 4 years old...is it dying?

    1. What is the model number of the laptop?
    2. Is this an external/internal webcam?
    3. If it’s an external webcam, may I know the make and model of the webcam?

  3. Media player is not properly running the display shows only half screen.

    Let’s try the following steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    Method 1: Run Windows Media Player settings troubleshooter.

    I suggest you to run the Windows Media Player settings troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run
    Windows Media Player settings troubleshooter:

    • PressWindows key + W and type troubleshooting.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • Select View all on the top left corner.
    • Click Windows Media Player settings.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
    • Check if issue persists.

    Step 2: I would suggest you to update your graphic card drivers and check if it helps.

    You can update drivers from the Device Manager.

      • Right click on start button and click on Device manager.
      • Select Display Drivers and expand it.
      • Right click on the driver and select Update driver.

    Method 1:

    Run the Windows Media Player Settings troubleshooter and check, if the issue persists.

    Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter:

    a. Press “Windows key” on your keyboard.

    b. Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting under Settings.

    c. Now select Programs in the search option.

    d. Under Media Player, select Windows Media Player Settings to run the troubleshooter.

    Method 2:

    Perform System File Check (SFC), and then, check, if this fixes the issue.

    Follow these steps, mentioned below:

    a. Press “Windows Key

    b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.

    c. On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.

    d. Type ‘sfc /scannow’ without quotes and hit enter.

    Note: It may ask for windows installation DVD to fix and to enable SFC to make more than minor repairs. Some files saved on your computer might get deleted when fixing corrupted files.

    Method 3:

    If that doesn’t work, I would suggest you to uninstall then re-install Windows Media Player and then check, if this fixes the issue.

    Follow these steps, mentioned below:

    a. Press “Windows key”.

    b. Type “Turn Windows Features on or off” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.

    c. Expand “Media Features” option.

    d. Un-check “Media Player”.

    e. Restart the computer.

    Follow these steps to re-install Windows Media Player:

    a. Press “Windows key + W”.

    b. Type “Turn Windows Features on or off” without quotes in the search box and hit enter.

    c. Expand “Media Features” option.

    d. Make a check mark next to “Media Player”.

    e. Restart the computer.
