Windows 10: Acrylic transparency effects are gone on the Action Center, Taskbar, Start menu, and apps....

Hey guys! I know this is a small issue, but the acrylic transparency effects are gone. From the start menu to Microsoft Store apps. It kinda bothers me since I expect the update (May 2020 feature update version 2004) to fix the Action Center animation bug that my PC had. The taskbar IS transparent, but it doesn't have the acrylic effect. The others are straight up opaque. It looks bad.

Here is my Feedback Hub submission I just wanted to know if theres any quick fix for this.

Oh, and I updated my graphic driver, checked the Ease of Access and Colors setting. I also tried the 0/1 registry editor 'fix.'

EDIT: the acrylic effects work on Facebook Messenger app. IDK if its within the app but yeah the acrylic effect is present there.

Personalization Settings for Colors for "make Start, taskbar and action center transparent" is not listed

I'm a tad confused. :/

I have Windows 10 installed on a PC at work and two PCs at home (Home and Professional).

But on my home PC the Personalization Settings for Colors for "make Start, taskbar and action center transparent" is not listed, but "Transparency effects" is listed and On; however this doesn't result in to the same
Transparency of the Start, taskbar and action center screens.

Why are the Settings options different or configured and listed differently on PCs running with same version of Windows?

How many variations are there?

Where is the definitive help (when "Find a setting" shows options that are not available in reality).

Acrylic effect in Action Center is bugged after Cumulative Update KB4482887

Then for some reason you don't have the Acrylic effect, just a standard transparency. The background behind Action Center should be blurred as you see at the last moment in the animation that I posted. It should be blurred during the whole animation but
it's bugged.

 

How to revert back to older transpency effect from Acrylic transparency on Win10 Fall update?

The new "Acrylic" transparency effect for Windows 10 modern apps and Start Menu is way too too opaque. It looks almost as bad as turning transparency completely off.

Is there a way to revert back to the older transparency effect in Windows 10? The whole point of transparency is to be able to tell what's "behind" windows that are on top. Its not really possible to do that anymore with the almost opaque Acrylic transparency
effect.

It doesn't appear there is any builtin ways to do this. Maybe, it's possible to use a 3rd party tool like Aero Tweaker or something like that? Thanks in advance!
