    Power saver activates during Teams or Zoom meetings


    Despite setting all display, sleep and power saver settings to 'NEVER', my PC enters 'power saver mode', after a few minutes and without warning, during Teams or Zoom meetings. How can I stop this please. It has only started to happen in the last 3 weeks.

    Windows 10 Screen saver not activating

    A quick list of what you might want to try first;

    • Update Windows
    • Update drivers
    • Check screen saver settings
    • Disconnect unnecessary devices
    • Clean the mouse sensor and mouse pad
    • Make sure Screensaver is activated
    • Reset Power Management Option
    • Run power troubleshooter
    • Run the SFC scan
    • Run DISM

    In the wake of everything shutting in-person meetings down for the pandemic, I'm relying more and more on Zoom meetings. I would like to be able to access them from my personal laptop, which I've left in 10S because I don't use it that much for anything
    beyond email. However, the Zoom download gets blocked and the only app in the store I can find is Zoom Rooms, which isn't helpful. Which app should I use to have Zoom play nicely in this format--or should I finally give up on 10S and switch out of the safe
    mode?
