    I am trying to con my quietcomfort 35 ii via bluetooth. The device does not appear to be recognized as headphones and can no connect . The device is visible by the laptop's bluetooth just does not connect. Could you please help?

    Kindly suggest on the below mentioned queries:

    1- Bose QuietComfort 35 facing intermittent connection issues with windows 10 laptop version 1607:

    The Bose device doesn't get connected automatically with the laptop as it does with my windows 10 phone (also running the latest update). I have to constantly remove the bluetooth device and re-connect it again and maybe after 10 such futile attempts
    the device may get connected. Kindly note i have intentionally mentioned "MAY". The Bose device isn't facing any connection issue when am connecting it to a Mac device.

    2- Bose QuietComfort 35 facing poor voice quality issues with windows 10 laptop version 1607.

    After the Bose device gets connected the voice quality is quite poor compared to other Apple & Android devices. Apple and Android users have a designated application for handling the device's connections & voice quality whereas Windows doesn't have
    it for any of it's devices.

    I have both my WIndows devices updated to the latest updates from Windows regularly. Kindy suggest what action I should be performing to settle this issue.

    We understand that you have done a series of troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. We suggest that you try to uninstall and reinstall the
    Bluetooth driver on your computer and see if it would improve the connectivity and the audio/voice quality on your
    Bose QuietComfort 35. Please follow the steps below:



    1. Right-click on Start and select Device Manager.

    2. Find and double-click the category of device whose driver you wish to uninstall.

    3. Right-click the device and click Uninstall.

    4. Click OK to confirm the removal of the driver.

    5. After the uninstallation is done, reboot your computer.



    Some also find it helpful to disable Hands-free Telephony on their
    Bluetooth devices. See steps below:



    1. Click Start.

    2. Type Control Panel on the Search box and press
    Enter.

    3. Click on Hardware and Sound.

    4. Go to Devices and Printers.

    5. Right-click on the icon of your Bose QuietComfort 35 and select
    Properties.

    6. Go to Services tab.

    7. Remove the checkmark on Handsfree Telephony.

    8. Click Apply and OK.

    9. Reconnect your Bluetooth device.

    quietcomfort 35 ii- connection issues

    Bose QuietComfort 35 stopped connecting to Windows 10

    I have a Bose QuietComfort 35 and it used to able to use it on my Windows 10 PC over an aplic bluetooth dongle.

    Unfortunately, it stopped working. It's not possible anymore to switch from my speakers to the be headphones. The device still shows up in the list of devices and gets listed as paired but when I click on connect it shows connecting for a moment only to go back to paired afterwards.

    Resetting the device list by holding the button, works but afterwards I still can't successfully connect the headphones.

    The headphones still connect correctly to my Pixel 3 XL.
