    I didn't see a setting for the GPU in the BIOS, but I did reseat the DIMM, and now I notice this in the Task Manager:

    I see 8.8 GB Hardware Reserved. Any ideas?

    Installed RAM 16GB (7.18 usable)

    You have two different RAM modules, with different voltages. One says 1.35 volts, the other says 1.5 volts. You need to match to the original, which seems to be 1.35 volts. Not 1.5 volts. When installing RAM always try to match with the same vendor and module. And if possible, in pairs.

    Regardless, your issue appears to be mismatched RAM modules.
