  1. PC on Windows 2004 is getting micro stutter after 5 minutes of uptime

    Hello,

I have kinda a strange problem that i can't use the new 2004 Update. Recently i downgraded the software back to the 1909 version, which run perfectly on my PC. As the title says the Windows 2004 let my PC micro stutter. It is not directly after the booting progress. It begins after some minutes. Tested it 5 times between 5 and 15 minutes.

When I restart or shut down the PC it will come to a BSOD with the Error command: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

Usually the Error says that certain hardware doesn't work properly, that's why i get all the newest driver updates.

At first here are my settings:

    Mainboard:

    ASUS Pro WS X570-Ace

    RAM:

    DDR4-3600Mhz CL16-16-16-36 1.35V 16GB 2x8GBCPU:

    Ryzen 3 3600X

    GPU:

NVIDIA RTX2070 with latest driver 446.14

    PSU:

    Seagate 600W Fanless

    2 x internal harddrives:

OS on an Samsung Evo960 500GB SSD

    WD BLUE 500GB HDD

    License: Windows 10 Home N

    Second:

    External/Peripheral:

    Mouse: Steelseries Sensei 10

    Keyboard: Ducky shine 7

    2 Monitors:

    27" FullHD TN BENQ 240Hz 1ms

    27" FullHD IPS ACER 240HZ 1ms

    Audio Interface:

    M-Audio Air 192 4 connects:

    Microphone:

    Aston Origin

    Studio Monitors:

    2x Yahama HS5

    Headphone:

    Beyerdynamic T1 2nd Edition

    Third:

    Things, what i tried:

    - Several PC restarts

    - Latest BIOS and Chipset update suggested from the Mainboard-Page

    - Latest NVIDIA update

    Fourth:

    Performance-Check:

    CPU: 5-10%

    RAM: 15-20%

    HDD: 0%

    SSD: 0%

    GPU: 0%-5%

Do you have any suggestion to solve this problem? Either I would wait till the 2004 update will get stable and then I will try another update. It's not my intention to update again recently.

    :)

  2. Periodic pc micro stuttering?

So I've had my PC since Late Octoberish, and recently I've been every now and then had these micro stutters where the computer will for like 3-5 seconds have a 100 ms of like stuttering. This is easy to tell when I have a video on my 4k display and the video doesn't pause via YouTube but stutters and audio cuts out for a brief period. And if I'm playing the game the same thing.

Does anyone have any idea on troubleshooting I don't think it's a heating issue? Though that may be the issue and if so how could i diagnose and fix this issue?

    Full Specs

CPU I had at 4.1GHz i brought down back to 3.7 no fix, i had my RAM at 3000MHz i have brough it down to 2733MHz

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated because it's quite annoying as you could imagine given the specs of the computer.

Here is a dump of system info from hwinfo including temps. HWInfo Sensor Status CSV download The only thing i see that may be an issue is the temperature of the M.2 NVME ssd however i'm not sure if the storage temperature matters that much.

That's all I can think of in terms of things that would help someone remedy this issue.

  3. Stuttering once every 5 to 20 minutes in-game.

Stuttering for a second once every 5 or more minutes. Any help please?

For more than a few days now, I've had stuttering that lowers my frame rate to less than 20 to 30 fps for a second every 5 to 10 minutes when I was playing Far Cry 3, FC3: Blood Dragon, and Tf2. I've deleted temp files, cleaned disk, optimized my drive,
disabled windows modules installer, and windows updates. The stuttering still happens.

  4. PC on Windows 2004 is getting micro stutter after 5 minutes of uptime

    (IM NEW)newly built pc (ryzen 3 1300x 1060 3gb)micro stuttering

My first step would be to see if there are any other processes that are hogging CPU time and spiking the CPU usage when you play these games. Open your task manager, then play a game for like 5 minutes or so, or until you see tha stutter happen. Exit the game and look at the graph under CPU to see if there are spikes in the usage before and during when the stutter happens.
