Windows 10: Windows does not save my install after restart???

So I just completed a new build and I am trying to install windows from a created usb install media. I can get the computer to boot to the usb in UEFI mode and it will go through all of the installation steps and allow me to get to the windows desktop. However, it would not let me open any of the stock programs. It would show that they open in the task bar, but it would not actually let me open them fully onto the screen. When I restarted the computer, I went back into the MSI bios and changed the boot order back to the SSD that I installed to. However it would just pull up a black screen.

I tried to delete everything on the SSD and do the install again. Now it is not letting me select a drive to install windows on. Will it make any difference if I go ahead and purchase a product key so I can input it during the installation? This is the first windows install I have done in a long time so I may be missing soemthing. Any thoughts or suggestions?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Hard drive/ OS issue

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
