    Black rectangle when typing in search window

    How do I get rid of the black pop up rectangle that pops up every time I try to enter text in a search window?

    On my Surface Pro 2 if I point to an input area of a webpage I get the BIG BLACK BOX that overlays where I want to type. Once I start typing the box goes away but it is very annoying and I want to get rid of it. Can this be done? If yes then please tell
    me how.
