Windows 10: My windows sometimes turn on automatically in full screen.

When I opened file explorer, microsoft edge, google chrome all had the same problem. Although I exit full screen mode with the f11 key or with the mouse, it automatically returns to full screen mode. I am sure full screen mode does not have to maximize the screen. With chrome, any key causes it to turn on or off in full screen so I can't type in the url bar.

Help me.
