Windows 10: No Applicable Devices?

Came here to test the Microsoft store as apparently Minecraft needs me to buy it again to play cross platform. Tried to download the free trial but it says I have no applicable devices even though I'm on my computer for which it can download unto. When I looked at other Q&A about this same problem it seems you have people jumping through hoops to get it to work where I'm just looking for a one button solution. So my question is, is there anywhere else I can download the Windows10 version of minecraft so I don't waste my money trying to jump through the same hoops?

usb deviced not dectected in windows application

I have an application running in Windows 10. The device is recognized by windows 10 but not by the application.

After the device is plugged into the usb port and recognized by windows 10 the error message in the application appears Device Not Detected

I was wondering if the a resolution to the problem or a list of steps i may follow to debug the problem

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.

 

Unable to add Device (New Speakers)

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Is the sound device recognized by other applications?
• Are you able to set the audio device as output for audio players?

I suggest you to run the Sound troubleshooter by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Type “troubleshooting” in search box and type Enter.
• Click on View All on top left corner.
• Click on Playing sound from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Also, suggest you to check if the device is listed in playback devices.

• Type sound in the search box and press Enter.
• Check if the device is listed under Playback tab.
