Windows 10: error 0xa0000400 when upgrading to W10-2004

tried to upgrade my lenovo laptop to Windows 10 2004 (from 1909).

Laptop is completely up to date, all drivers current and the update utility didn't offer any issues when I went to upgrade. I did a full disk cleanup as well and have plenty of storage space free on c:.

Anything I can look at to fix to get past this error?

1. When you state industry pro 8.1, do you mean Windows 8.1 Enterprise?

2. Are you trying to install Windows 10 enterprise or other version?

when I Start the upgrade assistant app click on upgrade button then it start checking if system is eligible or not the a button appears Update now after clicking button after a while an error code 0xa0000400 appears
