Windows 10: Windows Store

So my windows store has broke in the past before. There are issues that have never been able to resolve.

• I cannot install any new apps
• When I try clicking on apps it lags and takes a long time to load the next page
• When I do apply the fixes I found, the download gets stuck on "Starting Download...".

I tried everything I could to fix it and I ended up reinstalling windows since nothing else worked. After reinstalling windows, the store works fine. Well, for about a month before it breaks again. I have already gone through reinstalling windows twice and still cannot find a solution to this issue.

If anyone has had a similar issue before or has any ideas besides the obvious ones shown by googling then please let me know.

Method 1:

I suggest you run the Windows Store app troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  On the left pane, click on View All.
  
• 
  Click on Windows Store apps to run the troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you to reset Windows Store cache and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key+ R.
• Type wsreset.exe and hit
  Enter.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
