Windows 10: Windows 10 app run as administrator

basically, there is an app (arc games) that needs admin access to run the game every time it starts. it isn't a big problem for me but when my brother uses my PC, it always needs my password to run.

is there a way to only allow my brother to be an administrative over that app without being an admin for the whole pc ?

(I tried multiple tutorials and guides but none of them worked. also its not a virus if you were thinking that.)

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

 

Windows 10 Photos app doesn't run.

Win8.1 can "Run as administrator" be deactived?

Just like Windows 7 you have two options.

1.) Turn off User Account Control. This will automatically run everything as administrator.
2.) Use the hidden True Administrator account. This will break most of the Apps in Windows 8 though(some consider this a good thing*Laugh :laugh.

The option to run as administrator will still be there, but you'll never have to use it.
