    zbrush 2020 failed to install


    Hi supporter, I just got the surface Pro X a day ago from Costco, since I installed Zbrush 2020 to this PC and try to launch it , it has the Message window : X64 apps can not run on this PC, try to have X86 or ARM instead, how we can fix it, thanks , looking forward to have a solution

    How do I load zbrush 2019 on to Microsoft Surface Pro 6

    When I launch Zbrush 2019, on Surface Pro 6

    "the application has failed to start because its side-by side- configuration is incorrect"

    I've tried using various Administrator Command Prompts, but no success.

    Any other suggestions, please?

    I only got the Surface yesterday to exclusively use Zbrush ... Aaaaagh!

    KB4025339 Fails Install 0x80070564

    I am trying Eagle 51's suggestions now. Windows Update troubleshooter found a bunch of errors and fixed all but one.The update is trying to download KB4025339 again. I'll see what happens. At step one troubleshooter finishes with one error unresolved "Potential Windows Update Database Error Detected-Not Fixed". Windows update stalled at 0%.

    At step 2 same troubleshooter error. The KB finished a new download failed to install.
    Did step 3 KB has downloaded but fails to install.

    If Eagle's suggestion doesn't work I'll try EdTittel's suggestion

    Tried bothe Eagle & Ed 's suggestions - do not work. Anyone else?

    I have noticed that the latest update for my nvidia drivers has failed to update. Wondering about that!
