Windows 10: Desktop glitches and RPG Maker MV glitch

I am currently running a 20-day trial of RPG Maker MV, which is glitched enough as it is. I check my desktop screen and some of my apps have black text underneath it. The text returns and stays normal when I hover my mouse over it. Yesterday there was a small square in the middle of my screen that looked like static. except it wasn't moving like static normally would. The square disappeared when I restarted my computer. What is going on with my computer? RPG Maker MV is also glitched, some text isn't showing and stuff isn't loading properly. In the database for the game making part, it's missing text on the buttons, and text is missing from where you'd enter it. Same with the event creator, the text is missing from the spot you would enter events, yet the game itself runs fine. If anyone can help or explain what's going on, it'd be extremely appreciated.

I just checked with the minimum specs of the games you listed , for instance :

Dead Cells list minimum system requirement to be DirectX 9.1+ (I.e DX 10) or OpenGL 3.1

RPG Maker MV minimum system required is DirectX9 and OpenGL 4.1 combined

Games produced by RPG Maker require OpenGL 4.1

Now this GPU runs 3D apps/games dedicated for DirectX 9.0c and OpenGL 2.1 , any glitching you may face might merrily be the result of certain shaders executing on the app/game that are not compatible with the GPU DirectX level of shading or OpenGL .

Basically the only work around is to use Windows 7 for development of RPG Maker MV as it has better integration for DirectX 9 while Windows 10 has better integration for DirectX 10 but in all cases even RAW 2869 can not help you there , so if this was to just motivate me , I do not need motivation , rather you need modern hardware to run sophisticated apps .

Desktop wallpaper glitch

Hello - I'm getting this ongoing glitch. When I start up the computer the desktop is showing a dotted dark green wallpaper. When I go into settings > personalize, the computer remembers the photo that's put into the desktop and it then it shows up on the
wallpaper. But this happens so often when I start everything up it's just a nuisance to do every time just for a photo, but at the same time the glitch dotted wallpaper is a nuisance too.

There's another thread I found on here from 2015 but that advice didn't help me out because the display drivers are all up to date. Is there a solve to this? It's a brand new computer and it started with this glitch right away, it seems like such a simple
fix.
